Journal of Equity Conference 2020

This one-day conference brings together leading national and international experts to examine the role that equitable principles, doctrines and remedies play in modern digital transactions - with a particular focus on their effects, roles and applications in the context of blockchain technologies, intermediated securities and smart contracts.
